Harmony Jets is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team. As we push forward with ambitious plans, we are dedicated to enhancing the services we offer to our high-end clientele. This role will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the private aviation industry.
Position Summary:
The Sales Officer will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing flight requests, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, preferably within the aviation or luxury services industry, though candidates with experience in other sectors will be considered. Training will be provided for aviation-specific knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing personalized service.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, offering solutions and preparing quotations aligned with their requirements.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure clients have all necessary information to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently.
Monitor aircraft locations and update clients on real-time arrival and departure schedules.
Coordinate with external parties such as executive assistants and personal assistants to manage client preferences and special requests.
Meet and greet clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional travel experience.
Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring data accuracy.
Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments to communicate key feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and provide regular reporting on sales performance.
Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and travel restrictions to offer clients the most up-to-date information.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the aviation or luxury service industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and client-centric approach.
A self-motivated and team-oriented mindset, with a desire to exceed expectations and deliver results.
Ethical, trustworthy, and accountable, demonstrating a commitment to follow through on responsibilities.
Ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs and adapt to changing environments.
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic and other European languages is considered an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
Negotiation Skills:Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and vendors.
Data-Driven: Comfortable with analyzing sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
Availability and Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, to accommodate high-net-worth clients’ schedules.
Problem-Solving Ability:Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in handling last-minute changes or complex client requests.
